Whew!  What a long day!   Winds were very strong and throwing us all over the road.

The day started out great. After a leisurely lie in, we went north to see the elephant seals.   The coastline was spectacular. 

There were quite a few seals at the viewing area.  I was captured by the 2 in this photo because of all the colors and what looks like icebergs in the sea! 

We went into Cambria for breakfast at the Creekside Gardens Restaurant (a favorite place for breakfast whenever we're in the area. 

We took highway 46 through the hills to  Paso Robles and what a beautiful drive that was...

We were going to stop at Yanks RV Resort in Greenfield which is lovely, but we got there at 2 pm and didn't feel like stopping then. 

Finally we got to Gilroy and came back to this campground that we're familiar with.   Very long day with the strong winds after 2 pm really slowing us down.

Time for a nap...
